Training Log Intro

Welcome to my training log.

This is where I share my own training. I don't track nutrition right now but once I get my training consistently recorded I will tackle that. The purpose of me tracking this is to relate to what I ask clients to do. It takes discipline to record your workouts. It also helps you learn and not repeat mistakes. I also tend to have reasons for the things I do, in the gym at least, and those reasons might help other people. It also allows me to not feel guilty to spend so much time in the gym. Anyways enjoy !
